This stunning full length dress by Frank Lyman comes in a cold shoulder design with the shoulders and bodice in solid black, and the skirt in a blue floral print. The skirt has an under-slip which comes to just above the knee and the skirt hemline is designed in a high-low design being slightly longer at the back. There is a satin band at the natural waist creating a very flattering and feminine look. The dress has a concealed zip fastener at the back.
